As Lead Product Designer for EcoYield, I guided the end-to-end design process of both the public landing page and the investment dashboard. The goal was to build trust with investors, communicate the value of real-world assets (RWA), and deliver a scalable, intuitive product experience aligned with EcoYield’s brand vision. To achieve this, two complementary design systems were implemented. The landing page leveraged Figma’s Simple Design System to create a clean, marketing-oriented experience, enhanced by a hero video that reinforced credibility and highlighted EcoYield’s connection to tangible assets. The dashboard was developed using the Shadcn UI Kit, selected for its adaptability in managing data-heavy interfaces while ensuring long-term scalability.

Grindery Smart Wallet was designed as a mini app inside Telegram, reaching over 4M users in 2024. The goal was to make crypto transactions as simple as sending a message, while integrating essential features (Send, Buy, Convert, Deposit) and social contacts directly into the chat experience.

In 2024, Grindery Wallet reached over 4 million users. To increase engagement and help users get the most out of the product, we created the Grindery Earn App—a Telegram Mini App (TMA) designed to gamify the experience. The goal was to encourage users to complete meaningful actions within the wallet while making the process entertaining. A fantasy-style miner character guided users through “mining” tasks, each linked to wallet functionality and rewards in G1 tokens. AI tools, including MidJourney, were used to create the visual assets, ensuring a distinctive and engaging aesthetic that supported the gamification strategy. The outcome was a more interactive and rewarding experience that reinforced product adoption and user retention.

It was an honor to work for such a prestigious university in California. This project started with the creation of a comprehensive Pillar Page based on an E-Book I designed. Pillar Pages are long-form content hubs that require both a strong visual structure and a clear Table of Contents (TOC) to guide users through complex information. From this initial E-Book, I was later commissioned to design three additional ones, each focusing on different educational topics.

For Tauernhof Hotels, the goal was to redesign their web presence with a modern, conversion-driven experience that reflects the brand’s sporty and high-quality image. Using HubSpot CMS, I created a flexible template system that powered three different hotels (Tauernhof, Flachau.com, and Crystls Aparthotel). The design emphasized usability, fast loading times, multilingual access, and seamless login integration—ensuring consistency across all sub-brands while allowing tailored content for each property.

I led the design process remotely, joining key sprints in Vienna and Palo Alto to define user flows and visual consistency across Sodimac Latin America. Working primarily with Adobe Illustrator, I established scalable design foundations before modern tools like Figma existed. Strategic design decisions focused on usability and cross-market adaptability. The outcome was a unified digital experience widely adopted across five countries, achieving strong user engagement and positive reception.

In 2022, Grindery introduced Flow App, a Web3-native automation tool built from scratch. The goal was to empower users and developers to design and execute personalized workflows, seamlessly connecting wallets, decentralized apps, and external services. The focus was on simplifying the technical complexity of Web3 by offering a clear and intuitive visual experience where users could “draw” their automations step by step. With a clean, minimal design focused on clarity, Flow became a gateway to on-chain productivity, enabling everything from simple tasks to advanced DeFi processes.

The work included developing a responsive website, an integrations page, and marketing resources such as E-Books. The main objective was to strengthen the brand’s credibility and support lead generation through clear design, strong usability, and content that showcased their expertise.

Following the success of Ozom, the first Home Automation app I designed for Sodimac in Latin America, I was asked to create a new iPhone app specifically for the U.S. market. The design approach was more neutral and sober, as the product was meant to serve as a white-label template that could be adapted and rebranded for different companies. This required a scalable and flexible design system, easy to update with new color schemes and brand identities while maintaining usability and consistency.

HubSpot Match is a directory platform built to help businesses connect with potential clients through a scalable and user-friendly experience. For this project, I worked directly with HubSpot’s Brand Guidelines and Design System, ensuring full consistency with their identity and high usability standards. This project also gave me valuable hands-on experience with Design Systems—learning how to create, structure, and maintain them effectively. I gained deeper knowledge in areas such as organization, naming conventions, scalability, and best practices that I have carried forward into future projects.

Volksbank Teilverkauf was a full website project developed on HubSpot, including a responsive design system, a custom calculator, and a blog section. The goal was to deliver a scalable and user-friendly platform that reflected the brand’s identity while supporting both functionality and growth.

From 2020 to 2023, I worked with Community Aviation, a pilots’ community, designing a wide range of digital tools to support their growth. My work included the main website, HubSpot templates for experts, programs, and events, as well as email templates—all fully responsive. One of the most challenging and rewarding projects was the Airports platform—an “Airbnb for pilots” where airports were listed instead of homes. The main challenge was to present a large amount of data per airport in a structured and user-friendly way. Throughout these years, I also developed and consolidated a Design System that became the foundation for all new projects. Over time, this system grew and improved, teaching me that a design system functions like a living organism—constantly evolving and refining itself with each iteration.
