- In 2024, Grindery launched the first EVM-compatible smart wallet built inside Telegram, reaching over 4 million users. The challenge was to make crypto transactions feel as effortless as sending a message.

Design a seamless mini app that integrated essential crypto features — Send, Buy, Convert, and Deposit — into the Telegram chat experience, driving adoption among non-technical users. - Action:
I redesigned the Send workflow into a chat-like experience, making transactions intuitive and conversational. A clean Home screen, unified core actions, and a social address book improved navigation and trust. I also added an Activity tab inspired by chat timelines, a dedicated NFT section, and extended the design to desktop for a consistent cross-platform experience. - Result:
The new design reduced transaction time by over 50% and boosted engagement among non-technical users, transforming Grindery Smart Wallet into one of Telegram’s most intuitive Web3 apps.
