Community Aviation, a growing network for pilots, needed a unified digital experience to
support its expanding community and range of programs. The main challenge was to design a
cohesive system of digital tools—from websites to applications—that could scale.
Goal: Create a responsive digital ecosystem that strengthened Community
Aviation’s online presence, simplified user interaction across multiple platforms, and
established a design foundation adaptable to future growth.
Process: I designed the main website to serve as a welcoming entry point
for pilots, built a data-rich Airports platform—an “Airbnb for pilots”—that presented complex
airport information in a structured and intuitive way, and developed scalable HubSpot templates
for programs, events, and experts. Alongside these projects, I created and refined a living
Design System that evolved with each iteration, ensuring brand consistency and efficiency across
all digital touchpoints.
Outcome: The result was a robust and scalable design framework that
unified Community Aviation’s digital ecosystem. The new interfaces improved usability, reduced
development time for future projects, and helped position the brand as a trusted, innovative hub
for the pilot community.
