  • Tauernhof Hotels approached our team to modernize their web presence and align it with their sporty, high-quality brand image. They needed to optimize resources by building a single, reusable website template that could be adapted for two additional hotels — Flachau.com and Crystls Aparthotel — ensuring consistency while reducing development time and cost.
  • Goal:
    Create a conversion-focused, multilingual web experience that enhanced usability, improved performance, and maintained visual coherence across all three properties, while allowing each hotel to present unique content and personality.
  • Process:
    Using HubSpot CMS, I developed a flexible template system first for Tauernhof, then adapted it for the other two hotels. I implemented multilingual functionality and integrated a seamless login feature for returning guests. The redesign replaced the outdated aesthetic with a modern 4-star look—highlighting the hotels’ sport-oriented experiences, guided tours, and culinary offerings through clean layouts, fast loading speeds, and trust-building visuals.
  • Outcome:
    The project delivered a cohesive digital ecosystem across three brands, significantly improving usability, consistency, and scalability. The modular CMS structure allowed the client to easily update and expand content, while the refreshed design strengthened Tauernhof Hotels’ position as a leading modern destination for active travelers.
